you can just like... walk into places its crazy #larping

i was recently in boston seeing some friends and decided to meander through harvard cause i had some time to kill

it was pretty fun lwk, its a pretty campus, but i wanted to see the inside of it all... sadly all doors I found were locked with an rfid system, and i sadly do not have one :pensive:

i did have a backpack, my two legs, and the vibes that "yeah i belong here" and thus the rfid scanners stood no chance

its really easy to just sit on your phone near a door, and follow through doors people hold open. actually most of the time people held the door for me rather than me tailing them

once someone let me into a dorm of 12 people, so they definitly knew i wasnt supposed to be there.

on top of that issue, someone let me into a common room which was cool, but inside the common room was a key... just sitting there on the table, just open to photographs.

so thats pretty cool

i alos got into a different dorm that was hootttttt and also had a cool crows nest type thing at the top i wrote part of this on

now i dont think its a bad thing that poeple held the door open for me. like its def a problem security wise, but from like a good samaratin being a good person perspective i think its good we hold doors, especially cause people may be disabled and whatnot

idk

would be best if we had a society with enough trust peopel left their doors open to but whatever

this story does not really have any final message or meaning behind it. i just thought it was fun :/
